ABOUT ZVVZ GROUP

ZVVZ organizational structure is changing into a holding company

In accordance with long-term changes of gradual transformation of organizational structure into a holding company that there have been the following changes in ZVVZ a.s. (under Act No. 125/2008 Coll., on transformations of corporations and cooperatives):
The existing ZVVZ a.s. has branched off independent daughter companies - the existing holding companies ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s., ZVVZ Energo s.r.o. and ZVVZ Invest s.r.o. Newly established were the companies ZVVZ NEMOVITOSTI, s.r.o. and ZVVZ MACHINERY, a.s., which have been branched off from ZVVZ a.s. as well.

The company ZVVZ NEMOVITOSTI, s.r.o. will now provide all estate management of owned buildings. The existing ZVVZ a.s. will provide managerial and service functions for all the companies in the holding. The company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. continues to deliver supplies of designed appliances as before. The newly established ZVVZ GROUP a.s. will own directly: 80% of ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s., 100% of ZVVZ MACHINERY, a.s., 100% of ZVVZ Energo s.r.o., 100% of ZVVZ NEMOVITOSTI, s.r.o., 100% of ZVVZ Invest s.r.o. and 100% of ZVVZ a.s. The company ZVVZ MACHINERY, a.s., which was established on 01/09/2010, has taken over all operations connected with production and business activities which concern the products of ZVVZ a.s., and it has absorbed the existing divisions of Production, Air conditioning, Fans and Megtec. ZVVZ MACHINERY, a.s. has become the business partner of all existing and future contracts which were formerly provided by the above mentioned divisions in ZVVZ a.s.

The aim of the above mentioned change is to create a strong holding of ZVVZ GROUP which will consist of a stable parent company with strong capital and a transparent network of product-oriented daughter companies focused on their own core business.
