At the Finalization I workplace the main task is to complete the semi assembled products into parts ready for dispatch. Production centres are equipped with bridge cranes with the carrying capacity of 5 tons, only the 2332 production center has cranes with the carrying capacity of 12.5 tons. We also have welding workshops equipped with high-tech welding machines made by FRONIUS. There are also CNC "nests" consisting of press brakes (the bending length of 4,000 mm and compressive force of 300 tons). Our production centres also comprise of specialized workplaces for the manufacture of internal parts of electrical separators, including the Redman rolling mill which serves for the production of collecting electrodes. There are also machines for the production of flanged pipes and pressure vessels (for instance - roll bending machines for the curling of metal sheets up to 10 mm thick and 3,000 mm wide). These metal sheets and subsequently rolled semi-products are further extended and welded by automatic welders. We have a newly reconstructed workplace for the production from AKV. To improve flame cutting of holes into piping, the "Tubosec" flame cutting machine went through an overall modernization this year, too.
