ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s.
ZVVZ a.s. has an ownership share in several companies. The most significant is also a 80% share in the subsidiary company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s., which is a trading & engineering company. Via this subsidiary company, we perform engineering activities and all deliveries in the area of separation and dedusting of solid and gaseous pollutants from gases, filters, electric and mechanical separators, stabilizers and heat exchangers.

ZVVZ Invest s.r.o.
The company was established for the purpose of providing financing of development projects and suitable business investments of ZVVZ GROUP. The company focuses on appreciation of free funds. 

ZVVZ Energo s.r.o.
The aim of this newly established company is to take over operations concerning power engineering from ZVVZ a.s. and to provide all energy-oriented services both for ZVVZ GROUP and for the town of Milevsko.

Further capital interests
Further capital interest is in Ekoklima a.s., where we own a share of 15.9 %. Ekoklima a.s. is engaged in the design and supply of lightair-handling equipment.
