Production of a comprehensive range of square and round profile systems for air distribution with a 38-year-long tradition.

The Air-Conditioning division is a traditional manufacturer of air-conditioning piping of group I for ventilation and air-conditioning and all accessories necessary for completing air-distribution systems. The high quality and reliability of our products is the result of many factors. Our team of experienced experts and technicians is the guarantee of the high level of the products; regular measuring and testing in our own test laboratory of ZVVZ a.s. or in state test laboratories allows us to document all parameters of the products per state or European standards, highly qualified workers and advanced technological equipment are a prerequisite for excellent workshop processing. Sufficient production capacities enable us to provide supplies even for largest scale projects. The quality management system with certification per EN ISO 9001 : 2000 and the quality control system at all levels of product processing give a guarantee of the highest quality. Thanks to all of these conditions, the Air-Conditioning division successfully exports a substantial part of its output to EU countries.

Main manufacturing programme:

• Square piping of group I – flat and shaped parts, control elements, end elements, accessories.
• Circular and spiral-wound piping of group I – flat and shaped parts, control elements, end elements, accessories.
• Noise silencers for square and circular piping – circular interference, circular with a core, cartridge, plate – with perforated sheet, bonded, combined, low-frequency, reinforced silencers.
• Accessories – flange strips, corner plates, suspension bars, hinges, sleeves, damping inserts, flanges, clamps, connectors, joining, sealing and assembly material.

Standard type parts are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet per DIN EN 10327/10143, quality DX51D + Z275 MAC with a minimum protective layer of zinc-plating of 275 g/m2. At the customer‿s request, it is possible to supply products of atypical versions - atypical dimensions and shapes, atypical material thickness, atypical material (stainless steel, aluminium, copper...), cemented versions, waterproof versions, oil-tight versions, versions with a coating, etc.
