ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. supplies bag filters to separate explosive dust particles up to the St2 class.
These filters are designed for explosive dust particles such as coal, wood dust, dust generated in the processing of sugar, corn, plastics, etc.
The filters are designed with reinforced construction and are equipped with filtration hoses with an anti-static finish, explosion-proof membranes and rotary feeders with ATEX certification.
In case of an explosion, the installed membranes open immediately, enabling the escape of generated hot gases into the atmosphere and, thus, preventing damage to the filter. After the explosion, the safety features of the safety membranes and the damaged internal parts of the filter have to be replaced.
