ESG, Whistleblowing hotline
In accordance with the ZVVZ Group Code of Ethics and to ensure a systematic approach to maintaining ethical standards, a Whistleblowing Hotline has been established.
Here you may report improper, unethical or unlawful conduct that you, as our employees, customers, business partners or members of the public, have encountered in connection with our activities. We would appreciate it if you informed us of such facts or even shared any concerns or suspicions regarding improper conduct.
We ensure the anonymity of every whistleblower and their protection against sanctions, discrimination or any other retaliatory measures.
Your report submitted through the Whistleblowing Hotline will be objectively and independently investigated by the Internal Audit and Compliance Department. Based on the findings, corrective measures will be taken.
