Cleaner Air for Metallurgical Production in Kazakhstan
We are proud to have successfully completed the delivery of a modern, comprehensive air purification system for the Kazchrome plant in Aksu, part of the Eurasian Resources Group.
This project, with a total value of USD 15 million and implemented in cooperation with Siemens, will significantly reduce emissions and demonstrates the strength of Czech engineering on global markets.
The facility — a gas cleaning complex for smelting furnace No. 42 — is capable of capturing 99.5% of the dust generated during production. The system includes more than 4,000 six-meter-long filter bags and can purify up to 950,000 cubic meters of air per hour, efficiently handling even the finest dust particles. Each year, it can capture approximately 16,000 tonnes of dust, that would otherwise be released into the environment.
This project reaffirms our long-term mission: to help industry grow more sustainably.
